FAQs

How does an online meeting work?

For each online meeting a 15 minute time slot will be scheduled and you are responsible for contacting your coach at the appropriate time.  Multiple methods of communication are available including Skype, Facebook Messenger, Facetime, phone, etc so you can choose the option that is the best fit for you.

Meetings are 15 minutes because it respects your busy schedule, respects your coach’s busy schedule, and requires efficient communication which is a good skill that will support your overall health and fitness.  Whether talking to a coach, doctor, or anyone else supporting you health and well-being, you will get better support if you can get to the point!

If you reflect ahead of time if there are any places where you are feeling stuck and would like help and write down any questions that have surfaced since your last meeting, you may not even need the whole 15 minute window.  This time frame is firm and you will be provided with a heads-up when there is only a minute or two left.  If the meeting has to be brought to a close before you’ve completed your thoughts you have the option to either prepare for your next online meeting (it isn’t far away) or to schedule an additional meeting time with your coach for an additional fee.

How are the online meetings scheduled?

When you complete your intake assessment form you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred days and time slots.  Your coach will send you your proposed meeting times as part of your written program plan.  Please note that meetings are scheduled based on availability so while preferences will be considered, your meeting slots may still be different.  If you would like to make changes or would like to reschedule because of a change on your calendar, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required in order to process the request.

What are my payment options?

Payments are processed through Paypal.  You will be required to set up a Paypal account if you do not have one already.  Your registration will not be complete until both your intake assessment and payment have been received.  If you experience difficulty completing all the steps you are welcome to email coaching@naythun.com with a description of the problem and assistance will be provided either by reply email or a time will be scheduled to complete your registration by phone.

What does a training program look like?

That will really depend on the information you have provided!  As part of your intake assessment form you will have identified what your goals are, how frequently you want to be working on your fitness (ex. once per week, daily, etc), the length of time you want to be working on your fitness (ex. 1 hour, 15 minutes, etc), what likes and dislikes you have in regards to fitness techniques, what tools you own or have available to you, and more.  This really is a tailored experience that will ideally open up your possibilities and opportunities for experiencing a longer life and higher quality of life because you’re being healthy and fit and enjoying it along the way!  If at any time you feel your program is not a good fit, simply communicate that to your coach during one of your meetings and then you’ll be able to adjust course together!

What kind of results can I expect to see?

Like any fitness program, you will get out of your coaching experience what you put in to it!  You know best if you are looking to push yourself for maximum results or if you want something relaxed that just adds a little extra benefit to your life.  You decide what you want when you complete your intake assessment form, and if you change your goals along the way simply communicate that to your coach so appropriate changes can be made to reflect that.  And be honest with yourself.  Having a program in writing will not make you fit.  Doing the program is what will help you see results.  If you are skipping sessions you said you wanted to do and are instead binge-watching Netflix, your coach is not responsible for the outcomes.
